About Us

Desai Technocast is a foundry unit incorporated with an aim to produce & supply good quality intricate ductile iron castings ranging from few grams to 100 Kg Single piece. The installed capacity of our plant is 1000 tons/ Annum. The unit is equipped to produce and supply castings in green sand , shell molding, no bake and silicate process for various industries like- Hydraulic, Automotive, Material Handling, Marine etc.

The Promoters are having more than 30 years of experience in Foundry Industry. The company is headed by Mr. Vinay Desai, a renowned Metallurgist and Foundry Consultant. He is practicing as a consultant last 25 years (In India and Abroad) in various aspects of Foundry. Mr. Vinay Desai is accompanied by his son Mr. Devang Desai, a Mechanical Engineer and Management Graduate from PUNE.
